Shipping Policy

We offer “free standard shipping” on all consumer website orders over $65 shipped within the US. At Naked Roots CBD you do not have to worry about hidden charges. Orders under $65 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

Orders processed and shipped from our fulfillment warehouse will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and order tracking information will be provided via email for your reference. Most orders received Monday-Friday will ship out the same day if entered by 10:00am MT (Monday – Friday) or the next day if received after 10:00 am MT (Monday – Friday). An electronic order tracking notice will be sent to the email address used to enter the order. Orders are typically delivered 3 to 5 business days from the date processed. Orders placed during surge periods such as Holidays (i.e., Christmas), or larger orders, custom items, special orders or out of stock items may take longer. If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will contact you to either recommend a replacement item or communicate the approximate future restock timing. Returns Policy

We guarantee our products 100%. As long as our products are new, sealed, unopened, unused, and re-sellable, they are eligible for refund or credit with valid proof of purchase after contacting us. We will also allow returns for mis-shipments or incorrect product orders. We will work with you to quickly process your claim. We will accept returns that meet the criteria outlined, if return claims are entered within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a credit for the purchase price less our shipping charges for orders over $65. Please contact us at for more information.

Package Delivery Carrier Discrepancies

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, damaged, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address due to Delivery Package Carrier mistakes. We inspect all of our orders thoroughly before they are released from our fulfillment center to insure quality. Please review your order information for accuracy detail prior to submitting it for processing and delivery. This will help prevent mis-shipments due to address information discrepancies.  With this said, Package Delivery Carriers on occasion may mishandle orders which may result in product(s) being damaged or parcels being lost during the transportation process. In the event that this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Please also provide your delivery confirmation and verification of purchase. We will contact the Package Delivery Carrier, request proof-of-delivery confirmation, and assist you with filing a claim. Package Delivery Carriers have general liability insurance that covers damage or lost in-transit orders. Typically, upon notification and entering a claim they will work with you to research the order status, provide proof of delivery or verification that your order was properly handled and delivered to the ship to address on your invoice. If it is determined that the Package Delivery Carrier is at fault, they will issue a refund to you. This typically occurs after they have researched and verified that they are responsible for the mishandling of the order. This process can take up to 4 weeks to resolve. Refund and Credit Policy

Our policy is to issue a refund (or credit) if Return Policy terms are met. D3J Inc. will process your refund within 3-5 days if approved, however your refund may take up to 10 days to post to your account based on your banks posting schedule. We will communicate with you by email to confirm processing of your refund. Please check with your bank first for deposit status, and then contact us at if you have questions. Approved Refunds will be credited back to the card that was used during the original transaction. Thank you.
